Design and study for the upgrade of old boiler rooms with the installation of automation such as central controllers, temperature sensors, electric and thermostatic valves for control and adjustment of heating systems (compensation function). The automatic control devices with continuous recording and adjustment of parameters such as the supply temperature of the heating system, the outside ambient temperature and the required room temperature ensure energy saving and reduction of fuel consumption (oil, natural gas) in a central or local network. Also, the automatic control devices are a special category of intervention and an eligible expense in all “SAVE ENERGY” programs.
